I was nervous about working with a nutritionist! I'm very overweight, diabetic and at the end of my tether with trying to work out what the best advice was but was anxious about being judged and being set totally unrealistic goals.
From the very start I found Emily to be confident and informative, plain speaking in her advice but, equally, not at all judgemental or unnecessarily critical. Her goal setting approach felt like something even I could do and from there, it wouldn't be an overstatement to say I have been through a process of deep reflection following some of the changes I made on Emily's advice. It's a work in progress but I feel better informed, more confident in food choices and like I understand myself and my complex relationship with food better.
