This healthy chocolate fudge always satisfies a chocolate craving and the good news is that its full of goodness, has no added sugar and is very easy to make.
Ingredients:
100g cashew nuts (or mixed nuts - mixed nuts will make it more nutty but using cashew only makes it smoother)
1 medium sized ripe banana
25g cocoa powder
50g coconut oil or butter, melted
1/4 tsp or cinnamon or allspice
Method:
blend the cashew nuts and banana in a blender until they are smooth
Add the other ingredients and blend again
Tip the mixture out into a plastic container (a takeaway container is good) and smooth it over, then leave it in the fridge to set.
Cut the mixture into squares ready to eat when you like. This will store in the fridge for up to a week.
